QiGong

QiGong with Pat Gibson - Monday's 11:05am; Wednesday's 2:00pm

To practice QiGong is to let energy flow freely, allowing us to feel more balance, physically and otherwise. It is a practice designed to relieve stress in the body. It is a set of body movements to relieve stiffness.
