Slow Groove Roasting Cookery Class

Secondary cuts my pork butt! Rubs and marinades and slow roasting for the fork tender meaty Sunday roast. Settle in for a two-night "low and slow" roasting experience with a glass or two of Pinot Noir. Along the way we will throw a twist into some traditional side dishes, and learn just how much butter goes into mashed potatoes.
